A really dramatic specie from Amazonian Basin. The leaves are chocolate brown in the center with a wide margin of lime green. In more shade the leaves have more lime green in them. The tiny pink flowers form round clusters in the leaf axials. It forms a small bush, but not so rampant, and not hardy as other common species. Terrarium type culture is required.
