An exclusive collection of Cyperaceae from Peninsular Malaysia. The lower part leaves form an elegant fan as it grows, while the upper, influorescent arching foliage fultill its attraction. Tiny cluster flower stalks borne along stems.
This specie performs well as a terrarium plant or in a humid greenhouse. Very coarse, porous media such as high quality perlite or pumice pebble is recommended.
We actually do not intend to grow this plant commercially because of difficult propagation and very low growing, just want to share some divisions propagated from overgrown parent plants that we probably do this every few years!
