Rare and unusual form of this widespread specie, with large gracefully fan shaped, curling downward pinnules resemble ginklo leaf. Can form 15" high and 10" wide clump, but rather slow growing. It does not produce spores, thus, we have in limited supply.
It does best in peat based medium, with additional of small percentage (usually just 2-5% by volume) of limestone chips to the mix. Trimming old, yellow fronds frequently promotes production of new growth.
