Lucky is the result of a conjugal visit between two hybrids in cultivation; Adiantum tenerum "Bicolor" and Adiantum tenerum "Bessoniae". Their appearance occur on this plant--large fan-shaped pinnaes and slender fronds from the Bicolor and heavily congest segment from the Bessoniae. This hybrid, however, is not as tall as both parent plants. It stands only 4-5'' under well enough light...and yes, new growth is in attractive pink color!
