Aglaomorpha acuminata NEW!
Formerly known as photinopteris acuminata, an extremely rare and unusual specie. Major population spans across Peninsular Malaysia. Unlike othe specie, this is only the one produces compound fronds, reaching 2 ft., and terminate with tassel spore-bearing portion. Its rhizomes are also in stunning turquoise green color.
It is one of the slowest growing ferns in our collection. Despite bearing hard and shiny foliage, it requires relatively high humidity and partial shade to grow well. Best suit for basket cultures.
