This new, unidentified specie was collected on Cameron Highlands, Peninsular Malaysia and seem to be known only there. It shares something associated with Davallia repens by having more finely dissected leaves in the same size (approx. 1-2'' across) rise from wiry creeping rhizomes. Undersides of the leaves are covered with red brown scales.


Despite low growing, it seems easier to grow than Davallia repens. Does best in relatively high humidity under light shade.
