Only species in its newly established genus discovered in Southern Vietnam. It bears succulent leaves with randomly silvery blotches and the hallmark is large lavender color flowers shoot above the plant. Its beautiful flowers and patterned foliage make it particularly desirable as a cultivated species. The variegation varies somewhat in plants grown from seed, with the spots and lines in different proportions.
It is closely related to primulina and the African violet so care is similar; prefer indirected sunlight with careful watering.
