This selaginella has long been our favorite dry rock garden spikemoss. It occurs near the peak of karsts limestone and endemics to North and Western Thailand. In foliage, this specie resembles a clump of clubmoss that creeping well on vertical rock or moist ground, but once mature it produces large strobilus leaves elongated above the regular foliage, very stunning! Leaves also change into robust color under high light level.
It does best in peat-based medium with additional of limestone.
