A handsome fern with upright, frilly, deep green fronds rise from black creeping rhizome. The spore-bearing fronds rise occasionally and is full of black spores underside. Can also form new plants from leaf margins.
Generally members of this genus require extra humidity to grow well under low light level. Can also grown submerge as well if provide pure and cool water.
Offered are mature plants, established in 4" pot
