Labisia pumila is an unusually interesting small bushy plant endemic to the Asian rainforests of Malaysia and Indonesia, with broad leaves in deep green edged and marked on the center in bright pink and highlighted by horizontal yellow splash from margin down to the center. The new growth are also stunning in deep pink color!
It forms a small 8-10" bush but grows slowly and once reached that size, will produce white spike flowers, which becomes stunning reddish fruits later. In cultivation this plant prefers constant moist medium. The best coloration occurs under partial shade and in relatively high humidity.
