Nautilocalyx erytranthus
Unlike most specie of the genus, Nautilocalyx erytranthus is unusual because of its bright orange-red blooms and upright growth habit up to 10-12". This rhizomatous gesneriad has dark, bronze-green, papery foliage is quilted and serrated.
Despite a taller grower, it easy branches to fill in limited space. Its requirement of high humidity and lower light makes it becomes an excellent specimen for terrariums and other small containers.
