Strikingly beautiful species said to be from Irean Jaya (Indonesian New Guinea), with deep green foliage, which can be in almost a black appearance when grown under high light level. In contrast to this is the silvery central venation. Forms Bushy plants in time. Probably best as a terrarium plant.
