Huperzia sp. Thailand (E) NEW!
New comer recently added to our Huperzia collection, cloned from a specimen collected in furtherest South of Thailand. It looked strange at first sight, reminding the appearances of Huperzia phlegmaria and Huperzia squarrosa and the current consensus is still an unidentified species. It is also considered a dwarf grower. As see in the photos it starts being pendant and produce strobilus when the stems reach just 5-6'' and the stem size is just 0.5" across! Rarely seen species in this such small size.
This dweller is best suit for 6-8" basket. Rather sensitive to overwater. Best mounted with a tree-fern plaque. If grown in a basket, try to use very coarse, porous media and keep fairly dry between watering.
Offered are mature plants, established in 4" pot (approx. 20-30 cm. long)
